Dr. O’Neal's focus extends to patients of all ages, offering comprehensive vision exams that cover diabetic eye care, and pediatric eye care, among other vision-related medical diagnoses and treatments.
Originally from the welcoming town of Whiting, Iowa, Dr. O’Neal embodies the spirit of our community. Besides his dedication to eye care, he is also an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, embodying the balanced approach to life that we cherish here.
